A Taxe de sejour (Holiday Tax) is now payable on all stays. This tax is levied by our village and is equivalent to 40cents per person per night Children under 18 years are free or 3.3% for weekly rentals (again children are not charged)
Prices are per weekand we do try to be flexible over start dates so please ask. For rentals outside of peak season, midweek bookings, long weekends and winter/spring long term rentals please ask.
We are pleased to accept payment by bank transfer,, a French cheque drawn on a French bank account or otherwise please pay in cash euros as agreed.
We also ask for a security deposit to cover the cost of damage that may occur during your stay. For holiday rentals of one week or more we ask for a deposit of €150 (or equivalent in a previously agreed currency). Normally we ask for this deposit to be paid with the balance of the rental however if paying by PAYPAL we would prefer the deposit to be paid on arrival in cash. This is entirely because of the transaction costs in pocessing PAYPAL payments.
Arrival times are between 4pm and 7pm and departure before 10:30 please!
Bed and Breakfast
Prices start from 70 euros per night per couple sharing a double bedroom with ensuite facilities depending upon season and length of stay. Breakfast is included.
Long Term Rentals
€700 per month for 1 bedroom apartment. Stays of 6 weeks or more available from October through to May. €750 euros during October to March.
